I’m also a Precision Nutrition Level 2 coach who has coached thousands of clients, led corporate wellness programs, and supported busy leaders and women through transitions with strategies that feel accessible and grounded in real life. Through my nutrition coaching and personal experiences, I’ve learned that health isn’t about perfection — it’s about progress and self-respect.
